We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have an understanding of administrative functions, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for helping others. The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency while providing support to the entire office.
We require the successful candidate to have at least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction industry. A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The Office Administrator is responsible for performing various administrative duties such as preparing documents, maintaining records, answering telephone calls, responding to emails, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and other various clerical tasks as required. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating office activities and ensuring that all processes run smoothly. They will also be expected to manage schedules by setting up meetings and appointments, taking minutes during meetings, filing documents properly in accordance with office policy, ordering office supplies when needed, and providing general support to the team when needed.
This position offers a competitive salary of 1200 AED per month plus bonuses based on performance. We are open to considering foreign applicants who can demonstrate their qualifications clearly.
