We are seeking an experienced and motivated Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This role will involve providing administrative support for the smooth running of the office. The successful candidate should possess excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years experience as an Office Administrator in a professional environment and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
• Handling office correspondence (e-mails, letters, etc.)
• Managing office documents including filing and archiving
• Maintaining calendars and scheduling appointments
• Organizing meetings and events
• Liaising with external partners/clients
• Ensuring that office supplies are adequately stocked at all times
