CNC operator job vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait


Position: CNC Operator

Location: Al-Kuwait, Kuwait

Salary: 1000 KWD

We are looking for an experienced and qualified CNC Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. The CNC Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating numerical control (NC) machines to fabricate parts from metal or plastic stock. The successful candidate must be able to read blueprints and follow instructions carefully.

Responsibilities:

- Set up, adjust, and operate a variety of machine tools such as lathes, millers, grinders, and drill presses to fabricate parts from metal or plastic stock

- Select the correct cutting tool for each job according to material type and production specifications

- Load the workpiece into the machine and begin cutting operations according to the blueprint specifications

- Monitor cutting operations during production runs and make necessary adjustments as needed

- Perform periodic maintenance on the machine tools including lubrication, cleaning, replacing worn parts, etc.

- Maintain accurate records of production runs including part counts and cycle times


Requirements:

- Proven experience working as a CNC operator in a manufacturing environment is preferred

- Ability to read blueprints and understand written instructions is required

- Knowledge of tooling selection based on material type is essential

- Excellent math skills with an ability to use measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers accurately is required

- Must have strong attention to detail with excellent problem solving skills
