We are looking for a motivated, experienced supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company in Al-Kuwait. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of 900. We are also open to considering an immigrant for the role.

The successful candidate needs to have the following qualifications and experience:
• A minimum of two years of experience in supervisory roles
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage and motivate staff
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to employment
• Fluency in Arabic language is an asset but not mandatory
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities:
• Directly supervise up to ten staff members in various departments
• Ensure all staff adhere to company policies and procedures
• Monitor performance of staff members on a regular basis and take corrective action when needed
• Resolve any conflicts between staff members or with customers/clients quickly and effectively
• Develop systems that will help ensure efficient operations throughout the organization • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, hours worked, etc.

Job Description: The Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily operations of our company in Al-Kuwait. They must have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to manage multiple tasks at once, possess strong organizational abilities, and demonstrate an understanding of local laws related to employment. The Supervisor will need to direct up to ten staff members across various departments while ensuring all staff adhere strictly to company policies and procedures. They must also be able resolve any conflicts between staff members or with customers/clients quickly and effectively. The Supervisor will need to maintain accurate records regarding employee attendance, hours worked, etc., as well as develop systems that will ensure efficient operations throughout the organization.

Salary: This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of 900 per month.
