Travel Agent vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait


We are looking for a Travel Agent to join our team based in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping customers plan and book their trips, as well as providing them with assistance while they are travelling.

The successful applicant should have excellent customer service skills, be highly organized, have strong communication skills, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. They should also have knowledge of the local tourism industry and the availability of different travel options.

Responsibilities include:
-Working closely with customers to determine their travel needs;
-Identifying suitable destinations and creating custom itineraries;
-Making flight and accommodation reservations;
-Advising customers on passport and visa requirements;
-Providing information about local customs, attractions, restaurants, transportation options, etc.;
-Managing customer complaints or inquiries in a professional manner;
-Preparing detailed travel documents including tickets, visas, insurance policies etc.;
-Keeping up to date with changes in travel regulations.
