Job Duties:
• Greet customers and take drink orders from them in a friendly manner
• Prepare, mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic beverages according to company standards
• Suggest food or drinks to customers based on their preferences
• Upsell product by offering customers more expensive items or larger portions when appropriate
• Monitor customer consumption of alcohol and ensure that all patrons are served responsibly and in accordance with the law
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area by wiping down surfaces, stocking glassware, disposing of trash, etc.
Educational Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience as a bartender is required
• Knowledge of wine, beer, spirits, cocktails, etc. is preferred
