Android Developer

We are looking for an experienced Android Developer to join our team at Al-Kuwait. In this role, you will develop and maintain mobile applications for Android devices. You should be able to identify and correct any issues with existing applications as well as create innovative ones.

Responsibilities:
• Develop mobile applications for Android devices
• Design and implement user interfaces
• Test mobile applications for functionality and performance
• Identify and fix any software bugs
• Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release, and support)
• Troubleshoot application issues and improve user experience
• Stay up-to-date with new technology trends in the industry
• Collaborate with other teams to incorporate designs into the app.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Proven experience in developing mobile applications for Android devices
• Familiarity with APIs such as SQLite, RESTful APIs, JSON, XML etc.
• Ability to create clean code that is well documented and reusable
• Good problem solving skills with attention to detail • Knowledge of agile methodology is a plus

Salary: 1100 KD/month (negotiable depending on experience). We are ready to consider foreign applicants if they meet all of the above criteria.
