Job Title: Housekeeping Manager
Location: Abu-Dhabi
Salary: 1300 AED per month

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily operations of the housekeeping staff. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will ensure that all housekeeping standards and procedures are met, while adhering to safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff
• Ensure that all cleaning duties are completed in a timely manner and to the highest standards
• Prepare work schedules for housekeeping staff and assign specific duties
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and order new supplies as necessary
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed at all times
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and training programs for housekeeping staff
• Evaluate performance of housekeepers regularly and provide feedback as needed
• Ensure that guests receive excellent service from the housekeeping department at all times
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, problem solve, and remain organized under pressure
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Ability to motivate team members while enforcing policies
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations
