Construction Manager - Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience managing construction projects in the UAE. We are open to considering immigrants for this role.

Job Responsibilities:
• Planning and overseeing construction projects from start to finish.
• Estimating material, labor, and equipment costs and ensuring they stay within budget.
• Working with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project designs meet safety standards and comply with all applicable regulations.
• Monitoring progress to ensure deadlines are met efficiently and with quality workmanship.
• Preparing progress reports and communicating updates to stakeholders.
• Evaluating contractors' bids and selecting vendors/suppliers for materials.
• Resolving problems that arise onsite during construction, such as design issues or compliance violations.
• Ensuring that all staff members adhere to health and safety regulations onsite.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field (preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience managing construction projects in the UAE.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
• Working knowledge of local building codes and other applicable regulations/laws within Abu Dhabi region

Salary: AED 1500 per month
