We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in office administration and be able to provide excellent customer service. The role will involve managing the day-to-day operations of an office environment, including filing, data entry, correspondence and other related tasks.
Requirements for the Candidate:
β’ A minimum of 3 yearsβ experience in office administration
β’ Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
β’ Excellent customer service skills
β’ Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
β’ Knowledge of local business practices and procedures preferred; we are ready to consider an immigrant
β’ High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
β’ Must have valid UAE residence visa
