We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in office administration and be able to provide excellent customer service. The role will involve managing the day-to-day operations of an office environment, including filing, data entry, correspondence and other related tasks.
Requirements for the Candidate:
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in office administration
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of local business practices and procedures preferred; we are ready to consider an immigrant
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Must have valid UAE residence visa
