KINDERGARTEN TEACHER

Location: Sharjah
Salary: 1200 AED

We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Kindergarten teacher to join our team in Sharjah. We are open to considering an immigrant for this position. The ideal candidate should possess at least 3 years of experience in teaching young children, have excellent communication skills, and be passionate about teaching.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of all the students in the class;
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods such as lectures, demonstrations, online learning tools, group activities, etc.;
• Assess student performance on a regular basis;
• Provide feedback on student performance;
• Manage student behavior in accordance with school rules and regulations;
• Maintain classroom discipline while also creating a positive learning environment;
• Prepare report cards and other documents as required;
• Stay current with developments in the field of education.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or related field;
• At least 3 years of experience teaching young children;
• Valid teaching license/certification in the relevant field (preferred);
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workloads accordingly; • Knowledge of different teaching methods and techniques.
