We are currently seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of departments or teams, ensuring that they run smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of supervisory experience in a corporate setting and be able to demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required. We are open to considering foreign applicants for this position.

Responsibilities include:
• Overseeing operations within the assigned department or team
• Monitoring performance and providing feedback on areas of improvement
• Recruiting, training, and developing staff
• Setting goals and objectives for the team
• Maintaining accurate records of employee performance
• Investigating customer complaints or inquiries
