Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Recruiter to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be able to source, screen, and evaluate applicants for current and future job vacancies. This role offers an attractive salary of 1000. We are open to consider applicants from abroad as well.

The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent communication skills, and be able to prioritize tasks effectively. They must be organized and have the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
• Source, screen, and evaluate potential candidates through various methods such as job postings, social media platforms, recruiting agencies etc.
• Develop a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
• Prepare job descriptions and advertisement materials for each position
• Contact candidates to discuss their suitability for the role and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Participate in interviews with hiring managers when required
• Prepare offer letters and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 year experience in recruiting roles
• Understanding of recruitment processes is essential
• Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
• High level of organization & multitasking capabilities
