Al-Kuwait is looking for a Security Manager to oversee the safety and security of our premises. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a secure environment by planning and implementing security systems, policies, procedures, and strategies.

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of security including personnel, equipment, facilities, emergency preparedness, and response. You will also monitor the activities of contractors and visitors to the premises. You should have excellent communication skills as you will be communicating with internal staff as well as external stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you must have knowledge of safety regulations and possess strong problem-solving skills. You should also have experience in liaising with government agencies regarding safety regulations. An understanding of emergency response protocols is essential as well as experience in making quick decisions during a crisis situation.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Security Management combined with at least five years of relevant experience in a similar role. Experience managing teams is preferred but not necessary. The successful candidate must also possess a valid driver's license and be willing to work long hours when required.
