Duties & Responsibilities:
• Prepare lesson plans according to curriculum guidelines
• Deliver high-quality instruction and assessment according to established standards
• Maintain accurate student records including attendance, grades, assessments etc.
• Develop a positive learning environment for students through positive reinforcement techniques
• Create a safe learning environment by using appropriate classroom management techniques
• Engage with parents/guardians to discuss student progress and resolve any issues that may arise
