Executive Chef

Al-Kuwait is looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team. This position offers a salary of 1400 and is open to immigrants.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen’s operations, including menu development, staff management, and food preparation. You will also ensure that all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety guidelines. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role and exceptional culinary skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a menu based on customer preferences, market trends, and cost considerations
• Train and manage kitchen staff members on proper food handling techniques
• Ensure that the kitchen meets all health and safety standards
• Manage inventory of ingredients and equipment to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked at all times
• Work with the restaurant manager to create an efficient workflow in the kitchen

Requirements:

• Minimal 2 years of working experience in similar roles
• Excellent knowledge about international cuisine and dishes from various cultures
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high quality standards
• Proven record of excellent customer satisfaction
• Good organizational skills
