We are looking for a reliable and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate must have experience operating heavy machinery safely, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Demands for the Candidate:
• At least 3 years of experience operating heavy machinery
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals
• A valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on their feet
• Attention to detail in all tasks performed

Duties and Primary Responsibilities:
• Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, cranes, etc. according to safety regulations.
• Perform daily maintenance checks on equipment before use.
• Load materials onto trucks or other conveyances for transportation.
• Load or unload materials at construction sites using heavy equipment.
• Follow instructions from supervisors or other skilled workers regarding job duties.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience operating heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination with excellent vision for accuracy. • Proficiency in operating computerized controls on equipment. • Physical strength with the ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly throughout shift. • Knowledge of local traffic laws and safety guidelines while operating machinery in public areas. • Ability to work long hours outdoors in all weather conditions as needed by the project schedule.
