The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategy to meet the company's objectives. This includes creating policies, procedures and programs related to the organization's human resources requirements. The successful candidate must be able to effectively manage day-to-day operations of the HR department while developing long-term strategies that support organizational goals.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication and leadership skills. They should have a comprehensive understanding of local labor law as well as experience working with immigration regulations if the candidate is an immigrant. The successful candidate will also have strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem solving in order to optimize processes within the organization.
