Job Description

Position Title: Florist
Location: Al-Kuwait
Salary: 1400 KD per month

We are looking for a creative and reliable Florist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have an eye for detail and be passionate about floral design. The successful applicant will join a team of highly skilled professionals and report directly to the Head of Floristry.

Responsibilities:
• Design high-quality floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, anniversaries, private parties, and corporate events.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of all flowers and supplies used.
• Collaborate with other staff to ensure the timely delivery of all orders.
• Follow established safety procedures when handling sharp tools and hazardous chemicals.
• Monitor the temperature, light, humidity, and other environmental conditions in the shop to ensure the quality of stored flowers.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and suggesting appropriate products or services when necessary.
• Keep up to date with relevant trends in floral design by attending classes or workshops.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Knowledge of modern floral arrangement techniques is essential.
• Proven experience as a florist preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure is essential.
