As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the sales process from start to finish. This includes assessing customer needs, developing sales plans and strategies, evaluating customer feedback, and maintaining relationships with clients. You will also be expected to monitor sales performance and provide recommendations on improvement. In addition, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives.

To succeed as our Sales Manager you must possess excellent communication skills and strong leadership abilities. You must have prior experience in a managerial role in the sales industry as well as experience managing teams. Demonstrable knowledge of sales techniques and processes is preferred but not mandatory. Additionally, being highly organized and detail-oriented is essential for this role.
