Housekeeping Manager (Abu-Dhabi)

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to organize and oversee the operations of our housekeeping department in Abu-Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and motivating team members to ensure that the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout the hotel. You should also be able to identify areas that require improvement and come up with solutions to increase efficiency.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of housekeeping staff
• Monitor staff performance, provide feedback and handle any disciplinary issues if needed
• Ensure that all rooms, lobbies, corridors and public areas are cleaned as per the standards of the hotel
• Create schedules for housekeeping staff
• Make sure that all guest requests are met in a timely manner
• Perform regular inspections of all areas to ensure they are up to standard.
• Train new housekeeping personnel on cleaning processes and safety procedures.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a housekeeping role or similar position
• Knowledgeable in health safety regulations and cleaning products usage
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Outstanding communication skills with a customer service focus
• A valid driver's license is preferred but not required
