We are looking for an organized and motivated Office Administrator to join our Abu-Dhabi team. This role requires a professional who is able to juggle multiple tasks with ease whilst remaining focused. The ideal candidate will have great organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
The Job Description involves overseeing all aspects of the office administration, including developing and implementing processes that increase efficiency. You will also be responsible for the day-to-day running of the office, including handling incoming calls, mail, emails and messages as well as managing staff schedules. You should be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks with ease while maintaining a high level of accuracy. In addition, you will be expected to maintain filing systems, ensure office supplies are ordered, coordinate meetings and take minutes as required.
In terms of duties you will be required to provide support to staff in relation to all administrative tasks, manage the filing system, respond to messages in a timely manner, assist with the ordering of office supplies and equipment, maintain up-to-date records regarding staff attendance and leave requests as well as any other duties that may arise from time to time.
The successful candidate must have at least one year of experience in a similar role; strong communication skills; excellent organizational skills; strong attention to detail; ability to work independently; knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is essential; experience in customer service is beneficial but not essential; strong problem solving skills; ability to multi-task; excellent time management skills are desirable. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position with a salary of 1000 AED per month.
