Hotel Manager – Al-Kuwait – Salary 1800

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Hotel Manager to join our growing team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our hotel, including staff management, guest services, and financial operations. We are open to considering a foreigner for this position.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in hotel management
• Demonstrated experience in budgeting and financial planning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Knowledge of hospitality industry regulations
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and other computer systems

Responsibilities:
• Overseeing daily operations of the hotel, including front desk operations, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.
• Ensuring that guests receive excellent service throughout their stay
• Establishing and maintaining a culture of high performance among staff members
• Implementing strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue growth
• Developing marketing plans to promote the hotel’s services
