Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination and control of construction projects from the beginning to the end. You will be managing all aspects of the project, including workforce management, budgeting, scheduling and supervising subcontractors and suppliers. You will also ensure that all relevant safety regulations are met and that the project is completed within budget and on time.

Requirements:
We are seeking an individual with a minimum of 3 years experience as a Construction Manager who is highly organized and detail-oriented. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and strong problem solving abilities in order to manage projects effectively. A degree in civil engineering or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. The applicant must have a valid work visa or residence permit in order to work in Kuwait, as well as knowledge of relevant safety regulations. Additionally, fluency in English is required for this position.
