Instrument Technician – Al-Kuwait

We are searching for an Instrument Technician to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of all mechanical and electrical instruments, equipment, and systems used in the plant.

The salary for this position is 1400 per month. We are willing to consider a foreigner for this job. No experience is required as we offer on-the-job training.

The primary responsibilities of the Instrument Technician include:
• Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning instruments, equipment and systems
• Installing new instruments, equipment and systems
• Inspecting existing equipment to ensure its safe operation
• Calibrating instruments to meet factory specifications
• Performing routine maintenance procedures on all instruments, equipment and systems
• Providing technical advice regarding instrument repair and maintenance
• Diagnosing mechanical or electrical problems with laboratory instruments

The ideal candidate will possess a working knowledge of instrumentation systems, electrical wiring diagrams, PLC’s, AC/DC motors, hydraulic systems, pumps and valves. They must also have excellent problem solving skills along with strong technical aptitude.
