Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Travel Agent to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing the planning and booking of travel packages for our clients. The position offers a salary of 1100 and we are ready to consider an immigrant.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with their travel plans by providing detailed information on destinations, transportation, weather conditions, visas, and cost estimates
• Book flights, hotel or resort stays, car rentals, tours and attractions as requested by customers
• Ensure that all bookings are made in accordance with customer wishes
• Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in regulations that could affect travel plans
• Remain available for after-hours inquiries or emergencies related to customer travel plans
• Maintain accurate records of customer bookings and payments
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
Qualifications & Experience:
• Proven experience working as a Travel Agent or similar role
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and GDS (Global Distribution System) software such as Galileo or Sabre
• Ability to multi-task effectively while delivering exceptional customer service under pressure
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; able to respond quickly to inquiries from clients in different countries
• Knowledge of visa requirements for international travelers
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
