Job Title: UX Designer
Location: Al-Kuwait
Salary: 1300 KWD

We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have 1+ years of experience in the field.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in design, computer science, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience as a UX Designer or similar role.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Invision etc.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Understanding of responsive web design principles and mobile design techniques.
• Ability to problem solve and think creatively.
• Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail.
• Willingness to consider immigrants is a plus.

Responsibilities:
• Develop user interface designs using industry best practices and standards – including wireframes, mockups, storyboards, prototypes etc.
• Collaborate with other designers to ensure the visual consistency across products and platforms.
• Participate in user research activities such as interviews and surveys to understand user needs and improve designs accordingly. • Create A/B testing plans for product features to assess user preferences and optimize designs accordingly. • Create process diagrams that help visualize complex flows or system architectures. • Present design concepts to stakeholders for review and feedback; incorporate feedback into designs as required.
