Job Title: Security Manager

Salary: 1100 per month

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Security Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the security of the premises, personnel, and assets of our organization. This includes developing and implementing security policies and procedures, training staff on security protocols, conducting risk assessments, investigating security incidents, maintaining access control systems, monitoring surveillance cameras, and coordinating emergency response activities. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role and hold a relevant degree or certificate in security management. We are open to considering foreigners for this role.

Requirements:
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
• Relevant degree or certificate in security management
• Knowledge of local security laws and regulations
• Ability to develop and implement effective security policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)
• Proven track record in risk assessment techniques
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively

Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing effective security policies and procedures

• Conducting risk assessments to identify potential threats
• Investigating incidents related to premises or personnel safety • Maintaining access control systems such as key cards/biometrics/alarms etc. • Monitoring surveillance cameras for suspicious activity • Coordinating emergency response activities when necessary
