Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Optometry or related field.
• 1 year of experience as an optometrist.
• Good communication skills and a passion for helping people.
• Knowledge of the latest trends in optometry and eyewear technology.
Responsibilities:
• Perform eye examinations, including assessing visual acuity, testing color vision, and monitoring eye health.
• Make recommendations based on patients' needs such as lenses, frames or contact lenses. • Provide advice on treatments and care for ocular diseases such as glaucoma and cataracts. • Keep records of patient visits and test results accurately and confidentially. • Participate in training sessions to keep up with the latest trends in optometry technology. • Build relationships with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient referrals when needed.
