Job Description:
We are looking for a Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery such as backhoes, bulldozers, and excavators in order to complete various projects. You must be able to follow directions and safety protocols, operate the equipment safely and efficiently, and ensure all projects are completed on time.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Follow safety protocols while operating the equipment.
• Ensure that all projects are completed on time.
• Perform daily maintenance checks on the equipment.
• Complete any necessary paperwork or reports associated with the job.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area at all times.
• Follow instructions from supervisors or lead workers.

Skills & Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience operating heavy machinery required (backhoes, bulldozers, excavators).
• Ability to read blueprints or engineering plans is a plus.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination required for safe operation of the machinery. • Ability to understand verbal instructions from supervisors or lead workers is essential for success in this role. • Valid driver’s license required for some machines (such as bulldozers). • Willingness to work long hours when necessary with flexibility in shifts is essential for success in this role.
