Al-Kuwait is in search of a skilled Fitter to join our team. We are willing to consider a foreigner for this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing mechanical repairs, installing and maintaining equipment and machinery, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of production facilities.

The successful candidate must have at least 3 years of relevant experience as a fitter in an industrial setting. They should be familiar with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems as well as have a good understanding of engineering drawings. Knowledge in welding, fabrication and machine shop operations will be an asset. They must also have the ability to read and interpret technical schematics with ease.

The Fitter should possess excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify potential defects or issues in a timely manner. They must also be able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as work safely in various hazardous conditions such as confined spaces or heights. Furthermore, they should have strong communication skills to maintain positive relationships within the team and other departments if necessary.
