Supervisor vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait


We are looking for a Supervisor for our Al-Kuwait location with a salary of 1000. This is a full-time position and we are willing to consider an immigrant for this role.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. They should be highly organized, able to multitask, and have great problem-solving abilities. They must be able to communicate effectively both in writing and orally in English as well as in the local language of Al-Kuwait.

The Supervisor will be responsible for managing daily operations, including scheduling, customer service, financials, and inventory management. They will oversee staff performance and provide them with feedback and guidance when needed. The Supervisor must ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, safety regulations and applicable laws. They must also maintain accurate records of personnel activities such as attendance, meetings, training sessions etc.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills that can work well under pressure. Candidates should have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role as a supervisor or manager within the retail industry.
