Job Duties
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and implementing strategies that increase customer satisfaction and revenue. The successful candidate will lead a team of sales personnel while also developing relationships with new customers and partners. They will also analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth, create promotional campaigns, set pricing strategies, and advise on product improvements or modifications.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
• At least 5 years of sales management experience
• Knowledge of sales techniques and processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with customer relationship management software (CRM) systems
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is preferred but not required
