Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the housekeeping staff in performing daily tasks, ensuring that all areas of the hotel are kept clean and orderly. This position offers a salary of 1000 AED. We welcome both local and international candidates with no prior experience.

Job Responsibilities
• Oversee the daily operations of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all hotel areas are kept clean and orderly
• Maintain high standards of hygiene throughout the hotel
• Train and supervise housekeeping personnel on cleaning protocols and safety procedures
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and order new stock as required
• Ensure that all guest rooms are inspected for quality control purposes
• Respond to guest complaints in a timely manner
• Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency within the department
• Monitor budget allocations for housekeeping operations


Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; Degree in hospitality management is preferred
• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in hospitality industry
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Strong knowledge of cleaning protocols, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure
