We are currently looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position offers a competitive salary of 1300. We are open to considering an immigrant for this role.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall construction process from planning, scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor selection, and quality control. They must have experience in managing a wide variety of construction projects and be able to effectively communicate with all stakeholders. The successful candidate will also ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget while meeting all safety regulations.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry
• Proven track record of successful project management
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations
• Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail
• Ability to work independently and manage a team
