Job Summary
Construction Manager - Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction activities of new projects and ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. The successful candidate must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a keen eye for detail. This position offers a salary of 1200 USD per month with the potential to increase depending on experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage construction projects from concept to completion, including budgeting, scheduling and supervising contractors
• Develop project plans, review project proposals and allocate resources accordingly
• Liaise with architects, engineers, surveyors and other technical personnel to ensure that all aspects of the project are being handled correctly
• Monitor progress on the site to ensure safety standards are met
• Ensure that all materials used meet quality standards
• Establish preventative measures for potential risks or delays
• Monitor costs associated with projects and adjust plans accordingly

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or any related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a related position
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret technical drawings/plans accurately
• Excellent communication skills (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Desired Experience:
• Previous work experience in the Middle East region is preferable but not required.
