We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position is an exceptional opportunity to join a growing business and take part in the success of our organization. The Office Administrator will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, organizing office files, handling invoices, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with other departments. The successful candidate will also provide administrative support to the management team by managing their schedules and preparing documents for meetings.
To qualify for this role, candidates must have at least two years of experience in office administration or a related field. A good knowledge of Microsoft Office products is also essential, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills in English. We are especially interested in candidates with experience working with immigrants or international customers.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of 1100 per month plus performance related bonuses. We are open to considering an immigrant for this position who meets all other requirements.
