Job Summary:
We are currently looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is a great opportunity to grow your career with a well-known organization. The successful candidate will have an annual salary of 1400 and we are willing to consider immigrants for the position.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to staff members including scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, managing incoming calls and emails, and other administrative tasks.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate persons or departments.
• Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating future needs, placing orders as necessary.
• Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced when needed.
• Manage filing systems for records, documents, invoices and reports as well as ensure their security.
• Provide information by answering questions asked from internal and external staff members.
• Conduct regular audits of office operations to ensure they meet required standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an office administration role.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels within the organization as well as external contacts/clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
