Job Summary:
We are currently looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is a great opportunity to grow your career with a well-known organization. The successful candidate will have an annual salary of 1400 and we are willing to consider immigrants for the position.
Responsibilities:
β’ Provide administrative support to staff members including scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, managing incoming calls and emails, and other administrative tasks.
β’ Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
β’ Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate persons or departments.
β’ Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating future needs, placing orders as necessary.
β’ Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced when needed.
β’ Manage filing systems for records, documents, invoices and reports as well as ensure their security.
β’ Provide information by answering questions asked from internal and external staff members.
β’ Conduct regular audits of office operations to ensure they meet required standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration or equivalent field.
β’ Minimum 1 year of experience in an office administration role.
β’ Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels within the organization as well as external contacts/clients.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
