Supervisor Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be expected to provide leadership and direction to our staff, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. The Supervisor will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and will need to be capable of managing a large team of personnel. This position offers a competitive salary of 1400, and we are open to considering applications from immigrants.

Job Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of the Supervisor is to oversee the daily operations of our team, ensuring that tasks are completed accurately and on time. This includes supervising workflow, monitoring staff performance, scheduling shifts, dealing with customer queries, setting goals and objectives, providing feedback on staff performance, and training new team members. Additionally, the Supervisor is expected to ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.

Desired Qualifications

We are looking for an individual who is highly organized with excellent communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required; however we do require at least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role or related field. The successful candidate should also possess strong problem-solving skills as well as the ability to build relationships with staff members across all levels of the organization.
