We are looking for a motivated and organized Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This is a permanent position with competitive salary of 1200.

The ideal candidate should have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, have strong problem-solving skills, be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers, and have the capacity to handle various tasks simultaneously.

We are open to considering an immigrant who has minimal work experience. The person should be able to demonstrate that they can successfully fulfill the duties of this position. We will also consider candidates who are new graduates or those who recently migrated.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising all day-to-day operations in the office, managing staff, ensuring staff adhere to company policies, setting goals and objectives for the team, providing feedback and support on employee performance, assisting with recruitment processes, and monitoring budget and expenses.
