Hotel Manager job vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait


We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at Al-Kuwait. Our hotel is located in a prime location, with easy access to public transportation and amenities. The successful candidate should have a strong background in hotel management, along with excellent customer service skills.

The position requires the manager to oversee all aspects of the hotel’s operations, such as supervising staff, managing budgets and budgets, ensuring guest satisfaction, and implementing policies and procedures. Additionally, the manager should be able to develop strategies for increasing occupancy rates and profits.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry. They should possess strong leadership qualities as well as excellent communication skills. They must be able to work independently as well as within a team. The ability to speak both English and Arabic is preferable but not essential.
