We are looking for an enthusiastic Baker to join the team at our Al-Kuwait bakery. The successful candidate should have a passion for baking and be able to produce a variety of high-quality baked goods for our customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with no experience in baking to gain valuable knowledge and experience, while working in a fast-paced environment. In return, we offer a competitive salary of 1700.

The successful candidate should be able to perform the following duties: prepare doughs and batters according to recipes; measure ingredients accurately; bake breads, cakes, cookies, pastries, pies and other baked goods; decorate cakes, cupcakes, cookies and other pastries; maintain cleanliness in the bakery area; work with shift teams to ensure quality standards are met; keep up with current trends in baking techniques; assist customers with orders.

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements: have basic knowledge of baking techniques; possess good customer service skills; be able to follow instructions accurately; have an eye for detail when decorating cakes etc.; be organized and keep track of supplies needed; be physically fit as heavy lifting may be required; possess basic math skills to calculate ingredients etc.; have good communication skills; be friendly and team oriented.
