We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This position pays 1700 monthly and we are open to considering a foreigner for the role.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as extensive knowledge of the recruitment process. They should be able to understand the needs of hiring managers and find suitable candidates to fill those roles. It is also beneficial if they have an understanding of relevant labor laws in order to ensure compliant recruitment practices.

The Recruiter's job duties include sourcing potential candidates through various methods such as job boards, social media, referrals, etc., screening resumes and applications, conducting interviews with candidates via phone or video call, negotiating offers with successful candidates, providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates, maintaining applicant records on database systems, preparing reports related to recruitment activities, and attending job fairs and networking events when necessary.
