Al-Kuwait is seeking an experienced and dynamic Security Manager to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the security of personnel, assets, and information within our organization.

The Security Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing security strategies, policies, and procedures; monitoring the security operations of the company; conducting investigations into suspicious activity or theft; advising on security risks; conducting periodic physical inspections of premises; responding to emergency situations; liaising with law enforcement and other agencies as needed; and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role in a medium to large organization. They must also possess excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, interpersonal skills, problem solving abilities, leadership capabilities, and an eye for detail. Furthermore, they must be able to work independently or as part of a team.

The position offers a salary of 1000 per month along with full benefits package. Immigrants are also welcome to apply for this position.
