We are seeking an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our team at Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the kitchen staff, creating high quality dishes, and ensuring that food safety standards are consistently met. The successful candidate must have a passion for cooking and a willingness to learn new techniques.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating high quality dishes, as well as experience in managing kitchen staff. They should be able to create innovative menus and manage the inventory of ingredients. They should also possess excellent organizational skills and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

The Executive Chef will be expected to lead by example and set the standard for all other kitchen staff. They must have excellent communication skills and be able to take directions from upper management while maintaining the highest standards of safety and hygiene. The chef must also have strong problem-solving skills and be able to make decisions quickly when necessary.
