Administrative assistant job in Al-Kuwait Kuwait


We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team and will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the day-to-day operations of the organization.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Providing general administrative support, including answering phones, filing, data entry, and document preparation
• Scheduling meetings and appointments
• Assisting with event planning and coordination
• Managing office supplies and inventory
• Maintaining records and databases
• Coordinating travel arrangements
• Performing various other tasks as assigned.

The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills (both verbal and written), attention to detail, the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, and a customer service focus. We are willing to consider candidates with no experience in this field. The salary offered is 1500 per month.
