In addition, they should have the ability to motivate their team in order to reach challenging targets.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies and setting objectives, forecasting future sales volumes, developing relationships with customers, leading negotiations with key stakeholders, managing promotional campaigns and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, this role includes analyzing market trends and understanding customer needs in order to create effective solutions that bring value to our business.

To be considered for this role we require the following: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; Proven work experience in sales management; Fluency in English; Ability to think strategically; Outstanding communication skills; Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; Excellent problem solving skills; Excellent leadership qualities.
