Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Cabin Crew to join our team at Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and safety to passengers onboard our flights.

Responsibilities:
• Greet passengers as they board the plane and ensure that all are seated correctly and safely.
• Ensure passengers are informed of safety procedures and regulations.
• Demonstrate emergency equipment and ensure passengers understand how to use it in the event of an emergency.
• Answer questions about flight information, such as departure times, arrival times, connections, etc.
• Offer beverages or other refreshments to passengers in a polite and friendly manner.
• Assist passengers with any special needs during the flight such as providing medical attention or dealing with complaints
• Ensure that all necessary documents (passport, flight tickets) are valid before boarding the plane.
• Make regular announcements throughout the flight regarding upcoming arrival times, weather conditions, and other pertinent information.
• Maintain order during boarding/disembarking processes.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Valid passport/visa for international travel required; previous experience working with international customers preferred.
• Previous customer service experience required; prior experience in a cabin crew role preferred
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English required; knowledge of additional languages preferred

Salary: 1200 per month
