We are looking for a qualified HR Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in human resources management and possess a strong understanding of the overall HR functions. We are willing to consider a foreigner for the position with a salary of 1800.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employee relations, developing HR solutions, and recruiting new employees. They will also be tasked with handling job description preparation, training staff on company policies and procedures, and providing support to all departments. Additionally, they will need to coordinate with other departments to ensure that all tasks related to HR are completed efficiently.

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. They should also possess excellent organizational skills and have the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Furthermore, they should demonstrate problem-solving skills as well as strong decision-making abilities.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; having an advanced degree is preferred but not required for this position.
